Lealand Raiford, Partner

Lealand has spent a career in the Public Service Industry before starting the construction business. As a Deputy Fire Chief he found building construction to be fascinating eventually leading him to starting in customer construction projects. Building beautiful homes throughout the hill country is how he now spends his days. From initial home design to interior finish selections Lealand has an eye for design and is always here to lend a hand in the process. 

Jason Davis, Partner

Jason has spent the majority of his adult life in law enforcement. After working for some time with Lealand Raiford on housing projects it became clear that the building industry is where he belonged. After starting a very successful tract home business building spec homes in the Burnet area Jason Davis and Lealand Raiford created their custom home business Raiford Davis Construction.

Holly had a lengthy career in education as a high school teacher before transitioning into the Raiford Davis office.  Holly's organizational skills and attention to detail help the projects move efficiently and within  budget.  Although it's mostly behind-the-scenes, Holly is involved in the process from consultation to closing.
